Our Story!
50 years ago, in the heart of Old Delhi, a young bride stepped into her new home—a place filled with the aroma of spices, the chatter of loved ones, and the warmth of a small but bustling kitchen.
As she embraced her new life, she found joy in the little things—the clinking of brass utensils, the sunlit afternoons spent drying mango slices, and the rhythmic grinding of masalas passed down for generations. But her true delight came from watching her family’s eyes light up with every meal she prepared.
She mastered the art of pickling, not just as a skill but as a tradition. With each मर्तबान, she preserved flavors, stories, and emotions—bottling summer’s ripest mangoes, winter’s boldest chilies, and monsoon’s tangy lemons. Every batch was crafted with patience, nurtured with love, and served with pride.
What began in her humble kitchen soon became a family favorite, then a neighborhood treasure. And today, through PickleGully, we bring you the same handcrafted goodness, steeped in tradition and dedicated to every mother who has ever turned a simple meal into a feast of love.
Because some recipes aren’t just made—they are lived.
